Mind Mapping for Retrospectives

Retrospectives are an essential part of any agile project, forcing you to have regular “checkpoints” and constantly tune your process. Sometimes they can get a bit charged, particularly when a project is not going so well and people are looking to the retrospective to find some answers.

CITCON open-space conference - best of 2006?

Last weekend I attended the open-space CITCON conference in London. Being the first open-space conference I’ve attended, I wasn’t sure what to expect! It turned out to be an excellent event, with many folks commenting that it was the best conference they had attended this year.
